Sephora censoring reviews?

I'm trying to leave a 1 star review for a product that I truly hate. I have tried on my phone on the app and on the mobile site, and on a computer on the site. Every single time I get the message 'Something went wrong, try again later'. YET when I post a 5 star review for something else, it works?! Seems super sketch to me.....
