Charged for a purchase I did not make
There seems to be a problem at Sephora because I have been charged for
an order yesterday that I did not place. I have tried contacting

HI there, I placed an order of over $50 on the 5th of November, which
means it should include 3 day shipping...I know it's only Mon-Fri but
the order has yet to ship and still says "pending"!!! Not even shipped
yet!! I'm VERY confused and upset.

volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day,
1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected." This mean...

Hi,I returned the Fenty Trophy Wife Highlighter a few days ago. I
realized I want it back. Is there anyway I can undo the return. The item

email... it’s still pending! Sephora is a company, and they should know
