three to five business day time frame around the 20th of every month.
Please keep in mind this is aside from weekends and holidays....

Hi, I ordered 10/15 and my order is still "in progress," and hasn't

Missing Item
One major item (SK-II Pitera Essence Set) was missing in my first ever
order with sephora and all free samples were wrong. It was very

Contact them as soon as you can and let them know. I’ve had this happen
a couple of years consecutively during the sale. Each time it was a
large bottle of perfume missing. They sent it quickly and no fuss was
made. HTH and you get your item soon.
