Shipping

HI there, I placed an order of over $50 on the 5th of November, which means it should include 3 day shipping...I know it's only Mon-Fri but the order has yet to ship and still says "pending"!!! Not even shipped yet!! I'm VERY confused and upset.

Same thing happened to me. I placed a large order on November 10 and was supposed to have flash shipping but it still hasn't come.

Hi I also have 2 day flash shipping that I paid for.  I put in an order on 11/13 and it has yet to be processed..  I got an email stating it was delayed but no new date has been provided.

You should not have to wait that long for your order to be filled!  Very disappointing!

If you open the basket tab, then you will be able to see, "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected."  This means that it can take up to 7 days to have your order go from Pending to Shipped.  This doesn't even include whatever shipping option you have, which will be additional days tacked onto the 7 day delay.  Sephora had this posted prior to the 20% off event.

This is still a rediculous amount of time to be waiting for orders just to be filled!! Especially from Sephora!! Very disappointing to say the least!

the flash shipping folks were affected...very poor service.
