Charged for a purchase I did not make

There seems to be a problem at Sephora because I have been charged for an order yesterday that I did not place. I have tried contacting customer service, but to no avail. This is very disappointing.

If you're unable to get in touch with one of our representatives, please send me a private message with your registered email address and the amount you're seeing on your bank statement so I can look into this for you.
