I think a lot of people are in the same situation. I personally placed
an order on 10 Nov and it still shows as "in progress" with no
estimation as to when it will be shipped.

Hourglass palette broken and box looked open.
My Hourglass highlight palette came broken. Is anyone else having
problems with their items being opened? The past 5 items I've ordered
have had the seals on the boxes broken and/or creases in the box...

Samples process
Pretty frustrating to order specific samples to only get randoms I was
not interested in. 😞 Not only was it not in 2 days shipping, not the
samples I requested. I like to buy online so I can get those vs going in
store. Bummer!

Order Stuck in progress
When ordering, my shipment date said it should be delivered to me on 16

shipping cancelled
My order has been in progress for about 2 weeks now and it just said
that it shipped. When I went to look at the order it said that one of my
items was cancelled when I never had cancelled it. Please help.

If one of your items was out of stock when your order was processed then
that would be a reason why it got cancelled.
