Order still in process

The order that I placed on 11th Nov is still in process. How long will it take since I will be leaving the country on 28th Nov? Those are gifts for my relatives

Same! I ordered on the 12th, and I still haven’t gotten a shipping email... it’s still pending! Sephora is a company, and they should know how to quickly process and package orders when a lot of orders are flowing in. I probably will never shop online on Sephora again (at least not during or after a large sale).

I ordered the same day and its STILL processing they haven't even taken the money out of my account yet 😞
