Shipping

I️ ordered products last week and only half has shipped. Which isn't a big deal. I️ have flash 2 day shipping and it says my first package won't be here till the 27th... so a week from now. A red box shows up above the order status and says 5 day delay but flash shipping and over night shipping won't be affected so why is mine?
