Hi I purchased something from sephora when they were having the 20% off for friends and family sale. It turned out that it was the wrong color so I went to exchange it. The cashier said that I will not be able to have a equal exchange because the sale was over. I want to know if that's your policy because that's very unfair.

The discounted price of items is valid within the promotion dates. Additionally, all exchanges and returns of products purchased in-store are left to the discretion of the store. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope this information clarifies.
