Order Stuck in progress
When ordering, my shipment date said it should be delivered to me on 16
Nov. So, when I decided to track my shipment to see where it is(because
it's 16 Nov. now..), turns out they haven't even sent it...

shipping cancelled
My order has been in progress for about 2 weeks now and it just said
that it shipped. When I went to look at the order it said that one of my
items was cancelled when I never had cancelled it. Please help.

If one of your items was out of stock when your order was processed then
that would be a reason why it got cancelled.

November 13th. My visa was charged as soon as I placed the order. (Im in

Long Order Processing
Anyone else having an issue with really long order processing delay? My
order has been "Processing" for over a week now. I expected a few days
