Order Stuck in progress

When ordering, my shipment date said it should be delivered to me on 16 Nov. So, when I decided to track my shipment to see where it is(because it's 16 Nov. now..), turns out they haven't even sent it out yet! Just wondering more or less when I'll receive it.
