Another day, another incorrect order :(

I feel like every other time I buy online my order is incorrect. The packing slip is always right, but I never get ALL of the items I order. Just some of them... Then I have to keep waiting and it always happens to be the item I was looking forward to the most. I realize this was during the rouge sale....but that doesn't mean that they should pay any less attention when packing our orders, right?

 

So I'm missing one of my items, and while I DID get samples...they aren't the ones I requested. Sent CS an email because chat is too full. Is it just me, or has this been a huge issue for Sephora over the past year or two?
