what I saw was that you had to order by noon on the 21st to have it
shipped by Christmas...which I did, but it's showing delivery for the
26th, so I'm guessing that would be the soonest you might get it as well

Depends how long ago you placed the order. Has it already shipped? You
could call Sephora customer service (+1-877-737-4672) if it hasn't
shipped. Or call the postal provider's customer service line if it has
