disappointed

I ordered somethitwo things online on the 12th and it shipped on the 18 and half of my order got cancelled since it was out of stock!!. so unprofessional!!. what's the point to order before it's out of stock if you ain't going to get it anyways!!.๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿค” and the 3 free "samples" diddnt arrive either . ...
