So frustrated.

I ordered 250.00 worth of stuff and had ordered a metime sample bag. Got an email saying they were out of what I ordered you would think that they would substitute some kind of bag anything that they had with that kind of money being spent on top of that there was absolutely no samples I made another order for a couple items that I forgot for around 50 or $60 and went to try to use the code to try to order another bag and I was told I couldn't use it because I'd already used it although I didn't get anything for it I just get so aggravated with Promises of samples and stuff for ordering stuff somebody needs to go in and crack down on the Distribution Center

I also didn't receive a sample bag with my order. Very disappointing. 

 

I understand it is a very busy time of the year for everyone but a big store like Sephora should not be making promises they can't keep.
