Play Card points not credited

i made a purchase in a Boston store and used my play pass. It showed up on the receipt. A day later no extra points. I asked the store staff again. they scanned the card, told me it would take up to 48 hours & took the card and tore it up. Still 2 days after the 2nd visit no points in my account. Can you please look into this and credit my account the 50 points?
