If I’m returning a couple of things from different orders, can I put them all in one box or do they all have to be in separate boxes per order? Also, can I return just a partial order, not the entire order?

Hi @cindyvonlovely,

If you're returning items from multiple orders, you can place them all inside the same box. However, I highly recommend that you separate the items in their own bags with the order number they are associated with to ensure that your returns are processed without issue.

You can certainly return single items by mail and do not need to return an entire order. I hope this clarifies! Please feel free to send me a private message if you have additional questions.
