Missing Samples!

Just got my order and it’s missing all the samples:( I’ve had them substitute samples before but never just not include them... even though it’s small, it’s a big disappointment.

I know! My last 2-3 orders didn't have any samples at all in them! When I actually get samples they are rarely what I requested too. It's really frustrating!
