Broken Play Box Item in Dec box
I received a broken smashbox eyeshadow duo in my Sephora play box. did
anyone else receive a broken eye shadow? What is the replacement/credit
process?

Returns by mail
If I’m returning a couple of things from different orders, can I put
them all in one box or do they all have to be in separate boxes per
order? Also, can I return just a partial order, not the entire order?

Hi @cindyvonlovely, If you're returning items from multiple orders, you
can place them all inside the same box. However, I highly recommend that
you separate the items in their own bags with the order...

Missing Samples!
Just got my order and it’s missing all the samples:( I’ve had them
substitute samples before but never just not include them... even though
it’s small, it’s a big disappointment.

I know! My last 2-3 orders didn't have any samples at all in them! When
I actually get samples they are rarely what I requested too. It's really
frustrating!

I also didn't receive a sample bag with my order. Very disappointing. I
understand it is a very busy time of the year for everyone but a big
store like Sephora should not be making promises they can't keep.
