where are the customer surveys to rate service/stores? I logged on to

I also got no samples 😞I understand it’s a freebie, and let it go when
samples get swapped out. But I’m pretty disappointed to get no samples
at all. I just put a $200+ order in today - Hope this gets resolved!

Missing samples
I didn’t get ANY samples with my order, AGAIN. This is the second time
in a row!! They always read as “shipped” online but when the box comes
the invoice does not list any samples and I don’t get any.
