Missing free samples
For the last two packages I ordered I did not receive the free samples
that I had selected. If they are not going to be sent anyway, why bother
having the option? Am I ever going to get them or should I stop

Samples
My order came in with only one sample ! And it wasn’t even 1 of the 3 I
chose. All my order confirmation emails showed the 3 samples I chose. 😞

Hi,I just received my sephora order today at my home but the box didnt

Yep, this is standard practice for me. Never receive the ones I picked,
or any replacements. They added points to my account once when I called,
the next times they said they would and didn't.
