Whats going on with samples lately??

I recieved my order today which was awesome as always, but none of my samples were included. They weren't even listed on the printed receipt in the box, but when I check my order on here they show up. This is the first time I havent recieved any samples at all, but for the last few boxes I've received there has either been only one sample or two and they are never the ones I picked out or even a close substitute for what I picked. I even reached out to customer service on one of my last orders inquiring as to why none of the rewards bazaar samples or free samples i selected were sent in my order and i got a generic "sorry, limited quantities" blah blah blah response. I hate to complain about a free gift, but I do spend an awful lot of money here and I can't remember a time in the past where theres been so much strangeness happening with the samples, curious as to whats going on lately?
