is there any way to get a December playbox still?

I signed up december 5/6 and thought I'd get a box. I wasn't notified about being on a waiting list. however I also wasn't charged anything yet and I emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back. I was really hoping and looking forward to this months box. is there anything I can do or a way to get this box? please help ❤️

In order to have received December's PLAY! box, you would have needed to sign up by 11/30. I'm sorry about that!

You will probably start in January. I believe that I signed up in 08 or 09 and received a box for the following month. The boxes goes out on the “10” of the month, so they might already have a count by the previous month to send out out.
