Payment failed yet I still got charged?

I recently attempted to order a product from your website. During checkout I received a payment error message (re: check to make sure you typed the cvn, expiration date, etc. in the fields correctly), so I tried again. Another fail. Even though my payments failed due to perhaps incorrect information, I somehow still managed to get billed even though it was stated that any pending charges were going to be cancelled. I checked my bank account information, and I currently have a pending transaction from Sephora. I don't understand how this could happen if there was a payment error. 

Would it be possible to void the transaction? I would really appreciate receiving help as soon as possible.

I was wondering if you could help me as well? I went to place an order last Thursday (December 21st) and received an error while trying to do so (I assumed it was due to items selling out). Total was $67.56 and even though my order never went through nor did I receive a confirmation number, my debit account still has a pending transaction for that amount. I'm not upset over the order not going through. I just want my money back. Help??
