Did not receive my free samples
I feel silly complains about this but I was really looking forward to my

I️ just had this problem too! I️ was so looking forward to the samples
I️ chose but when my package arrived I️ only got one sample and it
wasn’t even one of the ones I️ had chosen!

Hello Sephora, Please stop using Lasership for your deliveries. I love
your products but your shipping and delivery services are so bad I am

Custom Makeovers
I would like to get a custom makeover. But I know there is a $50 minimum
for Insiders. If I book a Reservation, do I have to buy $50 worth of
makeup before my Makeover? Or can I get a Makeover if I already have 50
insider points in my account?
