Me too! I have about 2900+ points, i was about to make some purchase to
get my vib rouge before the year end. and suddenly they ask me to join
beauty insider again. I hope it's a glitch!

Third order in a row with no samples
This is the third order in a row I received with no samples. What's
going on Sephora? I see many other posts where people have the same
issue. This is unacceptable. A selling point for Sephora was always that
they provided the free samples.

I choose my samples but am always dissapointed when I open my box
because the samples are never the ones I said I wanted to try. Is there
