Sephora pallet cancelled :(

I am so upset. I have had over 2000 points to use and have been checking the rewards bazaar like crazy and finally was able to snag one of the Sephora pro pallets and was so excited. It said in process for a really long time and was pending and then finally it was cancelled. I am heartbroken because I was so excited for the pallet and the rewards bazaar is impossible to ever snag something and I did. This is not fair because Sephora makes it so difficult to snag items and whenever you finally are able to you do not receive them?
