so are they really fixing the sample issue??

I am so, so disappointed in the way Sephora has handled the customer service issue about samples. I personally know 10 VIB Rouge members (including myself) who are willing to switch to ulta or other stores, simply because Sephora can’t get it together regarding samples with online owners. I placed SIX orders and got zero samples. Hundreds of dollars spent online, and no samples. I know I am not the only one... One agent I talked to said simply “we can email the warehouse for you and let them know they aren’t sending samples to you. This happens a lot” ! I was baffled by this because, honestly, I exclusively shop here..and one of the reasons I order online is for the SAMPLES you don’t get offered in store. The excuses by the CS reps are super lame, and when I asked for a phone number or address for the resolution department I was told they don’t have one.... so Sephora, what are you doing to fix this issue?
