Package not delivered

Hello Sephora,

Please stop using Lasership for your deliveries. I love your products but your shipping and delivery services are so bad I am thinking of moving away from ordering anything from Sephora altogether. I have lost my packages twice now, with them being shown delivered and I know they weren't because I was home both time. They do not ring door bells and do not care if packages are left in the middle of a busy street or are stolen.

So please if you wanna retain me or many others like me stop using lasership.
