I order online at Sephora a lot using the app and a couple times now

Sometimes they will say the reward item Is out of stock and give your
points back. However i will still see the item available on the website!
They have gone downhill fast lately and im not going to put up with it!

Adding points to my account
I was told that I could add points to my account using my receipt by
entering a code and the dollar amount before taxes but I do not see

No samples in last 5 orders
I have not received any samples in my last 5 orders. I've gotten used to
substitutions which happens more often than not. But no samples in 5
orders is getting bad. If you aren't going to include them...
