Still havnt received order

The last few shipments this December and January have had none to maybe
one or two samples. Very disappointing. I hope it's just because of a
very busy holiday season. I love trying out samples to find new products
I might buy in the future.

Sometimes they will say the reward item Is out of stock and give your
points back. However i will still see the item available on the website!
They have gone downhill fast lately and im not going to put up with it!

I have not received any samples in my last 5 orders. I've gotten used to
substitutions which happens more often than not. But no samples in 5
