Didn’t receive rewards

I order online at Sephora a lot using the app and a couple times now I’ve used my points to redeem rewards, like the 100 point rewards, and sometimes the rewards do not come in the mail with my package and I never get them. My most recent purchase I did not get two of my rewards. How can this be fixed?

Sometimes they will say the reward item Is out of stock and give your points back. However i will still see the item available on the website! They have gone downhill fast lately and im not going to put up with it!
