Why was my order cancelled???

I placed an order  for the Anasastia Subculture pallette. And I get an email stating that my ENTIRE order has been cancelled because "one or more items are out of stock." Yet when I go back onto the site to see what was sold out...every one of them is still available? What gives? I spent my beauty insider points as well and really wanted to receive that product also. 

I'm not at all pleased. I purchased it under promotion, and If my palette was out of stock for such a short amount of time then should have still shipped the order? This is the first time Sephora has done this to me.
