I recently ordered the Becca Apres Ski Glow Eye Lights palette and did

No samples
I have not received any of the samples I’ve chosen on my last three
orders - and even one, a birthday gift I sent to my mom, was missing the
promo gift bag (said it shipped separately and then canceled?). Is this
a common issue or just me?

Out of stock, but not really???
why do things show available then get canceled off your order?! I used
the code 25DELIGHTS and chose the YSL Primer (which still shows as
available) but got an email that it was canceled from my order...

I agree on the delivery issues. Delivery often takes longer than the
promised 2 days, but worse is that sometimes the order doesn't even ship
out until 3-5 days later. That'll make the delivery window...
