One thing I've found that works (sort of) is when you place an order on
line, send customer service and e-mail with your order number and
samples requested and a quick message asking them to pass this...

January Sephora Play Box Never Came
Does anyone know who I email to ask about my Sephora play box? I got an
email saying I received it but, there was nothing In my mail box. I
waited a couple of days to see if ups was running late and it never

I just finally got my online order two days late and there’s not one
