Hi, my girlfriend and I share this account when placing orders. She tried placing the same order over and over because it kept saying "wrong billing address" so there were over 5 of the same transaction pending because she clicked the submit button several times. This happened again on another order, and it said billing address was wrong again. We received an email saying there were too many orders at once that it looked suspicious because there were so many errors. What does this mean?
