FREE SAMPLES MISSING AGAIN!

Ok so I ordered again from the Sephora app the other day and was extremely excited about the 3 free samples I picked and the last order I placed, they did not put the samples in my order. Now customer service did resolve the issue in my last order so I was pretty confident it wouldn’t happen again. I was wrong and pretty disappointed that they weren’t in there for the second time. I know this may sound ridiculous but I like testing things before I buy them. That’s how I have discovered my favorite go to’s In the past. I would really be happy if customer service could please just send me the 3 samples I picked out.
