Rouge- Enjoy free 3 day shipping?
I may have missed this, but I wanted too see if the 2-day flash shipping
for Rouge changed this year. I went to place an order, and I noticed it
says Rouge enjoy 3-day shipping. Is this a new change in 2018?

I didn't get any today when my package arrived 😞 The past two times,
they were the wrong samples. I may add that my package came 1 week
later, despite 2 day flash shipping. I think Sephora has a lot of work
to do in regards to customer satisfaction.

I placed 2 orders on friday December 29. I do have the flash 2 day
shipping. I should've gotten my packages yesterday, December 31. I was
