Samples

Is it normal to not get the samples you ordered? I didn't get any of the samples I wanted and I can't even use the ones I got.

Hi @allilg I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the samples you chose. Regretfully, we do have to make substitutions if the samples are out of stock in the distribution center that is processing your order. I understand that this is disappointing and and will forward this feedback to the appropriate contact.
