play points

2 issues. I live 50 miles from closest Sephora. is love to receive play points online. also, often product I want is not available in the store. My last purchase wasn't so I ordered online today. can you please add my points? I tried to email, but that is not working on app either.

Hi @anonymity23 I'm sorry to hear that! While the Play pass can only be redeemed in store, the store should have offered to assist you in ordering the item and scanned your pass. I will send you a private message to help.
