Business as usual. You can call Customer Service at 1-877-SEPHORA
(1-877-737-4672) (U.S. or Canada), but they will probably tell you to
just be patient and wait for the shipping confirmation.

Please can they STOP with the perfume samples in substitution for the
skin care samples I ask for. it's a WASTE. I don't want three perfumes I
