Hi! I received my order on Monday and the package didn’t have any of 3

hi there im trying to claim my gift for making it to rouge status for
2018. I tried looking for it at the reward bazaar but nothing shows.

Hi @Balta398 the rookie status depends on your participation in the
community/reviews/beauty board/etc. No one knows how it works. Even the
most active members who were once Hall of Famers are now rookies and
haven't moved.
