I have not recived my package

i went to sephora on 2/2/18 and I didnt find what i was looking for so one of the beauty consultants said they can order it for me online. And they did it was the unicorn primer. They said it would take 3 day shipping. Well I haven’t received anything and its been a three day shipping. So I want to know what happened and if I am reciving it?  please contact me. Thank you
