How do I change my birthday date in the app?!

I have a problem I guess you may say. I need to change my birthday date in the app. My sister used to use this phone and she gave to me when she got her new phone recently, so Iโ€™m using this app and I need to reset it.Can you guys help? Thank you for your time๐Ÿ˜˜
