Package never delivered
I made an order on June 26th and according to the website my order was
'delivered' on July 2nd. I never received a package or got any notes of

Yes, that is correct. I became rouge sometime last year and so I'm rouge
until the end of 2018. Rouge expires every year at the same time as VIB.
