Why was my order cancelled?

Hi,
I sent an email earlier today to customer service but got a automated response.
I placed an order last week but it now says that my order has been canceled.
I have checked my bank account and i have been charged for the order.
I have ordered from Sephora many times before and it has never been a problem.. I didn't do anything different when i placed my order last week.
I would like to know what have happened since i really want the products sent rather than a refund.
