Didn't received any samples!

I placed two orders one on April 23 and another one on May 1st, on the April purchase I received the wrong samples (this is the second time this happens) my May order just arrived and there's no samples in the box. 😭 it wouldn't be a big deal if I lived close to Sephora and I could just go to the store and get my samples but the closest store to me is an hour and forty minutes away.
