Unsuccessful Authorization

Like several others in here, I placed an order yesterday that is now listed with a status of Unsuccessful Authorization with all items cancelled.  The pending auth went through just fine with the credit card company, and all the relevant billing details are correct.  I am at work for most of the customer service line’s hours and would really appreciate it if one of the mods or support staff could look into this and get back to me via PM.  Thanks!
