Missing products!!
I am missing 2 items in my order that I just received today. Is there a
number that I can call to talk to somebody? I spent $200 and I’m upset
that I’m missing my items that were not cheap at all.

I had the same thing happen to me! I called and Sephora is reshipping
but they used a delivery service called Laser Shipping that apparently
has irresponsible employees.

So, I just bought a highlighter from cover fx and I do not really like
it for a variety of reasons. I would like to return it but I do not have
the receipt or box. Can I return it with my insider card and without a
box?

I found this post while trying to find out the same thing. Were you able
to do the return? Update: Don't bother going to a Sephora inside
JCPenney without a receipt. You have to go to a stand alone store and
they will do the return for you.

Sephoria Gold Key update
I’ve received and registered my tickets but have not received any sort
of confirmation email. When I try to call the Sephoria hotline it goes
straight to voicemail. How do i book my masterclass and fast passes?!?!
