NO DELIVERY

I made an order with standard 3 day shipping, I was following the shipment and it said my package was delivered right on time and left at my side door. I don’t have a side door and there is no package?? I tried to file a claim with ups but I can’t because it hasn’t been more than 24 hours. I’ve never had a problem with packages until now.

I had the same thing happen to me! I called and Sephora is reshipping but they used a delivery service called Laser Shipping that apparently has irresponsible employees.

I just had this happen this week too! Sephora reshipped, but I am really concerned! I want to get a Tom Ford perfume during the VIB sale, and I'm not sure if it's a good idea! Lasership said it was delivered when the whole family was home, too! Such liars!

Same issue with mines. My package was delivered on Sunday at 8:27pm and left at "front door" but it was actually left in the middle of a busy New York street  (never got my package but ended up getting a refund). I am waiting on a 2nd order, which I  currently regret on placing. I spend too much money on Sephora to get treated this way.
