Rouge 2 day shipping

I received an email saying my order shipped on 10/15, but tracking says it won't be delivered until 10/19 (I'll be out of town by then). I was counting on 2 day shipping as Rouge but am disappointed it will be 2x longer than that from the shipped date. Why is it taking longer?
